Responsibilities
Understand the client requirement and Should have experience in Niche and Super niche skills Hiring and Contract staffing
Ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle - Sourcing, Initial telephonic screening, Interview scheduling, monitoring by having regular follow-ups with candidates until on-boarding
Extensively source profiles from, Naukri, Monster, Interview coordination, and job posting/mass mail
Having an open discussion with the candidates in keeping them interested, to ensure not losing the candidate and to make him/her join.
Ability to Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Experience in sourcing, scheduling in bulk hiring
Should have done sourcing, managing portals
Candidate Management experience
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
