He/she should supervise the barbers duties of switching on the warmers, sanitizing the backwash and
whether the towels are rolled.
He/she should supervise the cleaning done by the support staff
Its mandatory for the manager to check the cleanliness of the barber stations ,VIP suite and VIP
washrooms
Its mandatory for the managers to be a part of every consultation
Managers should be well groomed themselves and also supervise the grooming of the staff
He/she should tally business cash three times in a day
Managers should be vigilant when it comes to maintenance issues as there is a possibility of it hampering
the business
Managers should stand on the floor when the services are going on. This is to check if the service sops are
followed by the barbers
Managers should make sure that the beverages (that are served to the client) arent delayed and cookies
served to every guest
He/she has to take feedback and click a picture of every client
He/she must carry out other duties related to the smooth operations of the store and company.
