Greetings of the day!

We are Hiring for HR Generalist

NOTE: Must have experience as HR in the IT industry.

Conduct employee on-boarding and help organise training & development initiatives

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Undertake tasks around performance management

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Strong track record in Employee Engagement

Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory.

Proven work experience in Administrative Activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Education :MBA HR

Proven experience as an HR Generalist

Excellent communication Skills and people skills

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
