We have urgent opening for MBA Fresher in Bangalore Location.

Experience : Freshers

Position : CRM Software sales

Location : Bangalore

Job Profile:

Technical skills required:-

Help end users to understand the CRM software for SALES, Service & POS model
Resolving queries raised by the end users in both technical and functional areas
Willing to travel across states
Must have Excellent communication Skill .
Providing users with a go-to reference guide and encourage them to use it
Providing comfort to users as they start the process of using the new application
Ensuring users buy-into the system and understand the benefits it can deliver
Providing regular hints and tips emails throughout the implementation
Developing a learning strategy
Ensuring all users are trained on how to get their job done in the Application
Motivating the learners and help them see their progress
Increasing User Adoption
Conducting user experience testing to ensure that user experience meet the proposed needs
Willing to work in customer facing environment
