DBA Lead / Manager - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ HARMAN

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

Strong technical leadership abilities within Database Administration area.
Proven experience of leading teams and projects, together with experience working and dealing with senior leadership on a global basis.
Proven ability in strategy planning and implementation which has had an impact on the technology direction for the division, business segment and/or enterprise.
Managing workload and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), organizational and collaboration skills
Applies knowledge and efforts to diverse and complex situations, where alternatives are numerous, to drive business solutions on behalf of the organization. Makes decisions that have an impact on quality or effectiveness of business activities beyond their area of responsibility.

Primary Role:
The successful candidate must demonstrate management proficiency in managing multiple projects/teams through all lifecycle phases and will be required to establish direction and standards.
The successful candidate will also meet the following educational qualifications:
B.E any discipline
Any DBA Certifications is a plus
ITIL process knowledge is must certification is a plus
Experience in Oracle Exadata
