Job Description

Experience of 12 Yrs in doing layout design for different type of IPs

Atleast 2-3 yrs of Experience managing a team of layout designers

Ability to provide technical guidance to team

Ability to motivate the team to achieve organizational goalsPrior experience in working with multiple stakeholders across multiple geos

Should be an expert in all the tools/flows/methodologies used for Layout design (Genesys/Virtuoso/ICC, Hercules/ICV, Redhawk, Extraction tools )

Should be able to do hands-on layout design as a First Line Manager of a small team of Layout designers

Interface with DA team to implement efficiency improvements

Does Layout planning, effort estimation and scheduling of the deliverables.

Understanding of complex circuits likes ADC, vregs, DACs, current mirrors, PLLs, Chargepumps, amplifiers etc..

BE or Equivalent.
