We are inviting applications for the role of Logistics Support Analyst.
The purpose of the Logistics Support role is to support logistics capabilities to deliver finished goods to multiple sites in correct time frames and to own the logistics productivity pillar. The job holder s primary responsibility is coordination and control of inbound flow and national shipments for warehouses
Key reponsibilities include- Idoc Resolution, Inventory Reconciliation, Invoice validations and reconciliations, PO creation and update, Customer Order Dispute Management, Inventory Write Offs, Re-allocations, Sample Order Processing, Inbound ASN Processing, Vendor Stock Control, ASN Management and Rework / Repack operations.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate issues in a succinct and logical manner. Strong listening skills.
Ability to generate innovative solutions to problems and effectively work with and communicate to key stakeholders.
Flexibility in responding to changing priorities or dealing with unexpected events.
Capability to handle multiple priorities and balance work to achieve business goals.
Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and work with team when help is needed.
Ability to identify problems and work with team to formulate a potential course of action
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree
Experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in logistics or Transportation related positions
Preferred Qualifications
End user knowledge in SAP MM & SD, SRM preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Excellent analytical and execution skills
Strong sense of customer service and analytic skills
Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks independently, can-do attitude.
Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Advanced excel knowledge preferred
Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
