Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of a Senior Manager, Finance Metric Analysis and Action Planning
Responsibilities- Accountable for overall metric tracking, analysis and action planning across processes in Finance
- Proactively drive root cause and corrective action for performance metrics
- Analyze trends and drive insight generation leveraging metrics data, for successful operations delivery and client impact
- Accountable for overall governance and communication regarding metric tracking and action planning
- Work closely with client and provider stakeholders to drive meaningful business impact leveraging performance data
- Lead the overall effort on improving performance data analysis and action planning including leveraging latest technology stacks for the same You shall lead a large team in Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
- Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines
- Get along with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
- You should handle multiple partners
- You should be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the meaningful process
Minimum qualifications
- MBA Finance (With B.Com in Graduation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with senior executives
- Preferable experience in managing finance processes across service lines account receivables, accounting
- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts
