Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
Any Graduate /Post Graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Relevant experience as a Voice / Communications Coach
Customer Service Attitude.
Customer Experience /Process/Compliance Knowledge & Orientation.
Robust understanding of Customer Experience & Communications Audit & Coaching process.
Technical knowledge of English communication - intonation, syllable, punctuation, etc.
Presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills.
Bilingual Efficient in speaking, reading & writing English and Hindi
MS Office working knowledge
Flexibility to work in shifts as per process requirement
Analytical bend of mind.
Receptiveness to change.
Conflict resolution skills
Fintech / Digital Payments domain knowledge
Indian customer profile expert
Basic understanding of the regional nuances in India
Coaching millennials to drive performance
