Roles and Responsibilities

1) Develop project plans and schedule in consultation with project sponsor

2) Arrive at the project scope , deliverables and milestones

3) Plan, direct, assign roles and responsibilities to the stakeholders as necessary to meet project schedule

4) Review and arrange for approval of all changes to original scope or timelines

5) Conduct steer coms for the project and document minutes plus action items from the meeting

6) Ensure that the project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budget
