Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, .Net Technical project manager
In this role, you will be responsible work as individual contributor and adhere to development artifacts while delivering features comprehensively.
Responsibilities
- Understand the detailed requirements and develop the custom application from detailed design specifications
- Understand business requirements raised through user service requests - design and implement solutions accordingly to a high quality standard
- Interacting with clients on client s sites
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Software engineering
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Having strong Project management skills in agile methodology
- Having strong planning, monitoring and controlling, Risk/Issue and dependency identification skill
- Should be proficient in client management.
- Having awareness of Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS)
- Good understanding of Security considerations of banking applications.
- Guiding and Mentoring team in problem handling, troubleshooting, following standards and Industry best practices.
- Good Negation & Conflict management skills.
- Ability to create and present report to different stakeholders like client and internal management.
- Must have past hands on experience on .Net based web applications on .NET Core, MVC and Micro Services/ Web API.
- Should have successfully managing a team of 15-20 members team.
- Understanding of software development life cycle, support activities and implementation activities.
- Good people management skills
- Drive continuous improvement within the support space and build a Support knowledgebase.
- Should be well versed of the quality standards and able to manage the quality
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Focus on quality of the delivery/customer satisfaction and provide leadership on new services offerings / strategy.
- Excellent presentation, communication and articulation skills.
- Excellent Team Player
- Good to have exposure of Operational risk domain.
