Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Assistant Manager, Data Governance and Data Quality Analyst +SQL
As DG/DQ analyst, you will support the information/data governance team in the formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, standards, towards the implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance program
Responsibilities
Develop control structures within a simple environment to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels
Participate with projects that involve any of the upstream or downstream data flows and processes
Ensure controls are in place over applications to ensure the data integrity by performing data integrity gap analysis
Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT
Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop complex queries, and provide reports
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in STEM / finance
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of DQ standards, guidelines, and best practices
Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) / VBA, with experience in Automation or Code optimization using SQL
Good understanding of databases and data structures
Familiarity with Basel II, III, CCAR, Credit Risk, and other related regulations
Knowledge of best practices on Process Sequence, Dictionaries, DQ Lifecycles, Naming Convention, Version Control, etc.
Designing, testing, deploying and documenting the data quality rules and their outputs
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
Experience on Informatica IDQ or any other DQ tools is added advantage
Exposure to DG tools such as Collibra, Axon
