Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Transaction
Were looking for an individual who will be responsible for leading an overall team size of 150 individuals. You will drive closure of 1-0-1 discussion within your teams by your FLMs and drive performance management in your team. You will lead operations with a proactive and problem solving approach with good logical reasoning ability. You will be expected to have good client management skills and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Be able to balance clients and deal with them on an end to end basis on client calls
Deliver on customer requests
Lead team s efficiency with an eye for detail and accuracy
Be able to meet your goals/targets
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Post Graduate with highly analytical skills
Preferred qualifications
Ability to balance customer requests and client calls
Prior experience in leading team of 80-100 members will be advantage
Require meaningful experience in Life Insurance
Health and Disability background preferred with experience in digital and automation.
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
Good analytical and problem solving skills
