Job Description

Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for SH-Legal & Statutory Compliances
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Settlement of issues relating to 325 Acres of land.
To coordinate with local forest officers, Senior Officer at Mirzapur and at State level and to continuously follow up for settlement of this issues.
Renewal and transfer of 3.79 hectare Dongia Nala Land in the name of GIL and renewal of sublease of 4 acres of land to Nirmala Convent School.
To continuously coordinate and pursue with DFO Renukoot and senior officials at Lucknow and to take all other necessary action to complete the process of transfer and renewal of lease land in the name of GIL.
Compliance of provisions of all applicable Acts and Rules like Factories Act, Industries Act, Forest Act, Labour Act, Pollution Control Act etc.
To review the applicability of different Acts & Rules for the operation of the unit and develop a system for monitoring and ensuring compliance of all the provisions.
Settlement of litigations filed before different courts and appellate authorities.
To continuously review the cases pending before Courts & Authorities and take necessary action for settlement of these cases in coordination with concerned function.
To maintain proper public relation and liaison with all concerned regulatory authorities.
To have proper liaison at the unit level and at the State level with all Govt. & Regulatory Authorities to bring smoothness in completion of all regulatory requirement.
To provide guidance and assistance to all functions in the unit.
Required to guide all functions in the unit as well as other operations under the unit as and when required as well as whenever any new enactment is passed by the Govt. or by any court of law
G) Arrangement of extra emergency power over and above the load in the existing agreement
-Co-ordination with Plant officials / senior management.
and with the senior officials at State level of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. and U.P. Power Trans. Corp. Ltd. for their approval. -Co-ordination & communication to the SLDC / PVVNL.
