Sourcing business through the rural/semi urban locations across different states of the country.
Key Responsibilities
Creating a high quality portfolio
CRO is responsible for both creating and maintaining a high quality portfolio.
Sourcing of Files through Channels/DSA for Mortgage Loan
Achievement of monthly target through
Ensuring on-time collections
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality
Job Requirements
Qualifications
10+2 level or upwards
Experience
Minimum experience of 1 year in in banks/NBFC lending
Functional Competencies
Building partnerships and coordination among different stakeholders such as colleagues, senior officials and customers
Ability to identify business opportunity in the given area
Ability to take action consistent with principles and goals of the organization
