Job Description

Position Summary:

IT Manager / SM - Business Solutions manages the coordination of all aspects of the Technology-Business relationship. Responsible for all type of systems related support to one or more business functions/applications. Will work with business users to develop technology initiatives supporting business objectives. Should be able to help other team members for technology solutions.

The Role requires a focus on resolving day to day issues, coordination with functional user and vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

Build business solutions

a. Should have strong knowledge of IL AS400 system

b. Person should be aware about the application development and support process. Should ensure that the development and support should happen as per the process defined.

c. Should be able to lead a team of 5-8 team members.

d. Should have good knowledge of development of Business Objects, COBOL and writing sql queries

e. Should be able to understand and have prior work experience with functional user.

Qualifications:

1. MCA / B.Tech /Graduate or equivalent

Technology: AS400 Iseries

Experience:

1. 7-12 years of progressive experience as a Tech Lead or with demonstrated technical expertise preferably in financial Services environment.
