Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Graphic DesignerAs a part of the Training Team of Genpact, you ll be responsible for the design and development of all collateral and training collateral, alongside also support all marketing and communication efforts as needed by the capability build teams across the Growth Portfolio.
Responsibilities- Able to refine other people s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience
- Proven ability in delivering high quality designs
- Solid foundation in typography, layout and design
- Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction.
- Expert level skills in MS Office toolsets, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Storyline
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills
- A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Self-starter, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
- Proficient in video creation and editing
- Relevant experience in Media Design & development
- Web designing
