Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Product Technical writing engineerResponsibilities- Manage the entire scope of collecting content and images for the business
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Line Managers, and OEM partners to obtain content and images for use within the Hybris platform.
- Provide organized content for Medical device service parts. Attributes include image, description, title, meta description, page title
- Engineering skills to understand engineering drawings
- Understanding Relationship of BOM, Catalog and out of catalog write
- Ability to write about features , description and tech specs of part by reading BOM, drawings and overall product manual
- Ability to understand content creation guideline and adhere to same
- Fluency in technical and common office software
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
- Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
- Rich experience working in engineering functions supporting engineering change requests,
- Experience in supporting medical device content creation for ecommerce
