Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Business Analyst Persona-based dashboards

In this role, we are looking for an Individual with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to build and publish periodic and need-based management reports in a timely and accurate manner. The individual will be responsible to maintain a data repository, should be able to retrieve data quickly with limited mentorship, analyze data and provide recommendations to partners and contribute to the improvement of reporting and dashboarding efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
Define and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sophisticated data sets
Build robust, reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes in Database and Excel
Integrate multiple data sources into one visualization to tell a story
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Demonstrate analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making
Develop analytical reports and represent large, sophisticated sets of data through visual representation
Create SOP Documentation, Process map creation, gather an understanding of challenges/improvement areas in the current process-flow, support in
conducting fit-gap analysis / blueprinting and process re-engineering, a basic understanding of client current processes and industry-standard processes.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate/ BE/MBA/B. Com/BA Hons. / B. Design
Preferred qualifications
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Solid grasp of and experience with reporting packages (MS Excel)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good Presentation Skills
