Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Business Analyst
In this role, Analyze potential gaps and advise client on improving operational procedures and infrastructure needs for clientsDevelop process maps and SOPs to describe clients operating processes
Responsibilities
- Analyze potential gaps and advise client on improving operational procedures and infrastructure needs for clients
- Develop process maps and SOPs to describe clients operating processes
- Read legal documents and translate those into operational requirements
- Conduct research, add insight, consistency, and value to clients operations
- Provide financial modeling, analytics, technology, operations and asset management consulting
- Effectively communicate with internal/external parties to request information and resolve any issues
- Assist with setup of new client application instances, and documentation, configuration, and testing of the integration of our systems to clients systems
- Create and maintain user manuals, release notes, documentation, training materials, and FAQs
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing of system enhancements and new applications including the development of scenario-based test cases
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
Preferred qualifications
- Exposure to GIT or other source control.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies
- Exposure to applications deployed on a public cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) would be a plus.
- Exposure to NoSQL Databases (e.g. MongoDB or Cosmos DB, etc.) would be a plus.
- Experience with various reporting solutions like PowerBI, Tableau, etc. would be a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
