Are you the one we are looking for
Responsibilities: Responsible to collaborate with design team, technology, and architecture teams. Responsible for the usage of technologies across the existing client products. Build components and perform integration testing. Design and maintain coding standards to improve user experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for Healthcare Business. You will function as a senior developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.

BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager of implementation experience.
- Good understanding and experience on AWS Cloud, Service Based Architecture,APIs,Spring boot,PostGre SQL,DevOps functionalities, CI CD and Cloud Formation
- Technology depth in Cloud-Native SaaS product development, micro services design patterns, REST APIs patterns and SPA frontend
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Have excellent understanding of Agile methodology
- Develop and run multiple Scrum teams doing Cloud-Native SaaS products on AWS, and design, develop, maintain the JIRA dashboards and all JIRA artifacts for multiple projects under development.
- Experience in RFP
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
- Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
- Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
