 Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities :

Supervise, Coordinate and facilitate in implementation of Safety Management Systems to achieve the target of Zero Harm

Nature of Experience:-Experience in Cement industry.

Essential Skills:- 1.Safety management system2. Industrial Safety3. Good verbal & written Communication Skill

Desirable Skills:- 1.Accident investigation2.Risk Assessment3.Experience in MySetu, Online PTW.

Goals / KRA to be assigned:

1. Assist SH for organize safety committee meetings & follow up for the compliance of the MOM points.

2. Assist SH & HOD for Coordinating & Conducting APEX committee meeting, prepare MOM & follow for the MOM points

3. Coordinate with standard Champion to identify the gaps and present in safety review Meeting.

4. Cross check & ensure the compliance to all BCN/RCN recommendations (applicable)

5. Conduct Safety Induction training to new join contractor workmen as well as employees

6. To create awareness among the people through Monthly theme campaign ,Tools Box talk & Safety std .

Qualification:-Degree /Diploma in Engineering with Post Diploma in industrial Safety from RLI
