Inviting applications for Analyst / Assistant Manager, Forecasting
We are looking for Assistant Manager with 1-5 years of experience in the area of Forecasting, business planning, and insight generation for a top pharma clients of Genpact
Key Requirements
Developing brand volume forecasts, both short-term and long-term, to cultivate into strategic and operational planning processes.
Review sales performance, data insights, market events and new launches to build robust forecast models
Develop and maintain key collaborative relationships with internal cross functional team to initiate and obtain relevant data and analysis for forecast inputs
Understand current forecast models and support pipeline decision making and to respond to ad-hoc forecast requests
Good to have - Python, R, SQL, statistical, econometric, machine learning models like Time series modeling, regression etc.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology
MBA
MS/MTech/Mpharma
