Job Description

On Roll hiring in Reputed Banks for Personal Banker Sales (Fresher - Experience)

Branch Operation Manager help clients manage their money so as to balance risk. Branch Operation Manager may also be referred to as commodities, securities, or financial services sales agents. They are responsible for undertaking banking duties and overseeing the financial activities for these personal accounts.

• Key Customer Relationship Management
• High Net Worth customer programs
• Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design
• Complaints Handling
• Cross sell existing bank products to customers.
• Review Branch Operations reports
• Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level
• Review vault register
• Review Suspense & Dummy accounts
• Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures
• Periodic review of progress vs. objectives
• Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff
• Work experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience of a job role in Retail Banking/ Branch Banking/Branch Operation or equivalent.

Desired Profile:

• Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
• Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
• Willing to work in rotational shifts

Our Requirement:

• Fluency in English is a must
• Male Candidates preferred.
• Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
• Should be okay with restored week offs
• Candidates who have given interview before are not eligible to apply again.
• Graduation is must (Complete - No backlogs pending)

 Salary:- 2.25 Lacs to 3.50 Lacs per annum
