Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - GPO (Global Process Owner) Source to Pay
In this role, the GPO will act as a single point of contact for the overall engagement of the Source to Pay processes and will be responsible for Program Management of S2P operations & transformation that includes governing the Operations at Onsite & Off-shore and lead Transformational initiatives projects.
Responsibilities- Work with global teams across delivery centers, understand process variances, diversified needs, regional nuances, and drive standardization, process optimization, and digital implementation
- Work with digital teams as a functional consultant to implement digital process interventions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Thought leadership to work with clients on defining S2P strategies and help clients with their long-term objectives
- Develop and track implementation of Transformation Program working with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely implementation
- Ensure the performance of global teams and alignment to overall program objectives.
- Manage and resolve exceptions and escalations
- Manage client relationships and act as a single point of contact for the overall engagement
- Engineer with good Project Management skills (BE / BTech / BS)
- Program Management experience to manage S2P operations program including Operations Management, Transformation, and Governance
- Deep experience technology roadmap assessment, implementation, leading large implementation program of S2P Tools
- Subject Matter Expert in Source to Pay and Supply Chain processes and mentor the operations team to set up, stabilize and transform operations
- PG in Business Administration and PMP are preferred.
- Adeptness in general Project management tools & techniques such as Gantt chart, Scheduling, Critical Resource Management, Program Evaluation & Review, etc.
- Proficiency in MS PPT, MS Project and any other PM tools are preferred.
