Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, MS Dynamics
In this role you have we will collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Responsibilities- To handle interactions at all levels of the organization and with external clients.
- Planning, system design, functional specifications and implementation of Microsoft dynamics-SL improvements, advancements, and customization and configurations
- Upgrading systems and processes as needed for heightened functionality and security issue resolution.
- Executing change control procedures to ensure all enhancements, upgrades and patches are thoroughly tested and planned before implementation in the production environment.
- Providing on-going support of Microsoft dynamics-SL including resolution of application systems incidents, root cause analysis of problems, impact analysis and planning of proposed system upgrades and patches
- Providing Technical and Functional Support to business users on day to day operations in Microsoft dynamics-SL application.
- Prioritize and resolve issues/tickets based on business criticality and complexity and closely working with Microsoft support team on application patches and bugs.
- Detail the programs developed, associated logic, coding and corrections.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraint
- Coordinate software system installation and supervise equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
Minimum qualifications
- BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
- Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL (ERP), VB .Net, C#, VBA, SQL Server
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and social skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Bitbucket, Jenkin
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
- Should be able to work independently.
- Client interaction skill.
