Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, MIS Reporting and Excel
Opportunity to be part of the HR Shared Services serving pan Genpact. The incumbent would work very closely with business and IT teams to prepare relevant dashboards.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to prepare relevant dashboards
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Data Management/MIS Skills (HR MIS reporting will be an added advantage)
Excellent MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, logical formulas, etc.)
A team player, ready to work under strict timelines and deliver quality output
Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualification
Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities high energy and self-starting individual
