Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Sr Manager, Data Analyst
In this role you will be interpreting data and turning it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions by bringing together information from various sources and interpreting patterns and trends.
You should own solid understanding of Reporting tools such as SSRS, Business Objects, Cognos, RDMS/ SQL concepts and experience in working with relational databases and also own excellent development skills (Java or Python or R) with the willingness to work in proprietary languages.
Responsibilities
- Work on real time customer facing situations and provide consulting to create viable and winning solutions
- Defined glide path for career progression and opportunity to explore new areas within Genpact from finance to insurance to banking to retail to automotive to healthcare
- Leading strategic initiatives within Genpact like knowledge content creation and help building service lines etc
- Engage in client facing roles and build business relationships to get more business for Genpact
- Build automated reporting and dashboards leveraging advanced analytics and automation
- Build the solutions using Data Engineering, Data Processing, Data Visualization, Statistical Analysis and Advanced Analytics tools, technologies and techniques
- Data mapping, modeling, extraction, cleansing and processing from multiple data sources to meet information needs of the client s business
- Create future state data governance structures and create new ways of working
- Data cleansing and establish data business rules for the enterprise, product, vendors and customers
- Career grooming by industry experts and constant connect with executive leadership for mentorship & guidance
- Ability to provide oversight of indirect reports, onsite and remote team members, while working within a complex matrix organization
- Good understanding of data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), data integration, data modelling and, data warehousing concepts
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications: Masters or Graduate in the either of the following disciplines
- Computer Science
- Data Analytics
- Information Systems
- Business or Data Analytics
- Data Science
- Any STEM degree
Preferred qualification
- Good to have experience in CLOUD (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Agile and DevOps concepts
- Experience with Hadoop/ HDFS, Pyspark, snowflake
