Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Client Success Transformation Program Leader
We seek a Client Success Transformation Program Leader to orchestrate the build and run of the newly created Client Success organization within Genpact. This organization is committed to driving client-centric account growth across all sales and marketing touchpoints by creating a consistent and seamless client experience that comes from a brand our clients can and should trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of multi-channel activities in line with the business objectives of the Client Success organization and act as the master orchestrator of collective activities. While your colleagues will be responsible for building the strategies for their respective areas, you partner with them to hold the team accountable to execution timelines, connect dots across team members and communicate our deliverables to internal and external networks. You must possess good marketing, communications, and program management skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with peers across the client success function.
Responsibilities
Provide project management support across the pillars of the Client Success organization drive rigor and cadence by collaborating across the marketing, business, and growth ecosystem to meet the program deliverables
Build and own internal communications strategy: Substantiate business communications with performance data and success stories to diverse internal stakeholder group. This could include regular reporting cadences and the management of a communications calendar
Manage the client success budget: Manage the overall client success budget in partnership with the FP&A team to make sure we are optimizing our dollars and understanding the return on those investments
Establish and manage the team operating rhythm: Establish an ongoing operating rhythm for our team that allows us to collaborate effectively to collectively run the client success function. This includes owning our team meeting agendas and offsite agendas, capturing meeting notes and maintaining our collaborative workspace

Relevant marketing experience, with a passion for B2B
Creative, resourceful, and takes initiative
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and organizational skills
