Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of BA, Risk and Compliance Assurance
You will contribute to the development and implementation of an effective risk and compliance assurance program that supports the three lines of defense model and aligns to and supports the Bank Group strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensures Genpact assurance and monitoring programs are aligned to and support the Bank Group strategy and objectives
- Contributes to the development and delivery of the 2nd line of defense assurance program
- Provides review and challenge to the Genpact compliance with Bank Group s group Operational Risk requirements and Compliance obligations
- Ensures control assurance reviews are undertaken efficiently and effectively, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
- Contributes to and prepares good quality assurance deliverables, such as scope memos, control test plans, and work papers, assurance reports, and periodic risk and compliance committee reports.
- Monitors the timely closure of actions arising from assurance reviews, and validates closure evidence
- Contributes to risk and compliance training programs in partnership with key stakeholders
- Contributes proactively and constructively to Genpact and Bank Group risk and compliance forums to achieve alignment and identify/share best practice opportunities
- Contributes to the ongoing development of Genpact s risk and compliance culture
- Collaborate with peers to collectively promote a high-performance culture and behaviors, through role-modeling behaviors that reinforce collaboration and remove siloed approaches and mentality, encourages accountability and personal responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
- Qualifications- Masters or equivalent/relevant bachelors degree
- Risk & Compliance, Audit, Assurance experience
- Experience in the field of Risk Management
