Genpact has a large growth organization spread across geographies that are split into verticals and types of business which are support by various teams across the globe. All these teams need quick, efficient, and real-time access to data for their analysis, governance, and decision-making. This role is responsible for transforming our current reporting platforms to modern best-in-class instances, delivering curated interactive self-serve dashboards in the front end on both web and mobile at a fast pace. The goal is to bring the future of visualization, reporting, and analysis here. These dashboards should be agile, can drill through to the lowest level, while delivering key information at a glance. They should allow leaders to get business insights on the go in the modern economic environment with an eye on future ways of working.
Responsibilities- Oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects which should result in accurate analysis, faster decision making while maintaining data security.
- Transform the reporting and visualization platform (currently on PowerBI) to be world-class.
- Becoming a thought partner for front-end teams across the Genpact landscape as an SME on reporting and visualization.
- Ensure front-end visualization are captivating and would call for action, enable leaders to make the right decisions at a fast pace.
- Make the backend architecture agile and using efficient data warehousing and ETL techniques to optimize cost.
- Drive top-line growth for the company by improving conversion of deals through better qualification and more information to base decisions on.
- work very closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and HR to understand business requirements, and help build the appropriate reporting structure to meet those requirements.
- Present to senior leaders of the company as you build a state-of-the-art visualization platform for Reporting and Analytics.
- Own the Visualization and Reporting agenda for the Growth function. This is the only role in the entire growth community which is centrally responsible for supporting the reporting and visualization needs of the front-end teams and will be responsible for supporting a business worth ~$4B
- Set up end to end real-time interactive dashboard for the company, with a great understanding of the business requirements and domain knowledge, with the expectation that we push the boundaries way beyond what s being done today.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive business outcomes with speed.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Relevant experience implementing PowerBI/data visualization in a B2B sales/support environment.
- Experience with NLP, NLU other interactive visualization tools will be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in building codes and managing databases. Should have good knowledge and experience in Data warehousing and designing IT architecture.
- Relevant Project management experience.
- Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills.
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, analytical and problem-solving skills to translate user requirements into appropriate dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- A passion for design, driving business outcomes by a partnership with Sales and Operations in a B2B company.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to synthesize complex matter into simple and effective output.
- Ability to lead digital projects from concept to completion while being results and action-orientation
- People management experience
