Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for Head Digital
Key result areas:
- Liaison with the Business Head, IT Infrastructure and Applications teams to design, develop digital enables business processes
- Evaluate processes to ensure fitment & completeness, adequacy of the same to meet business goals
- Spot opportunities within the business process to automate, consolidate or disintermediate steps by leveraging IT & OT technologies
- Liaise and collaborate with business to build a culture of digital first thinking
- Leverage Internet based Digital tech. as a channel to do Sales, Customer services, Partner and Vendor Ecosystem to name a few
- Leverage Robotics, IoT and IoT technologies to drive efficiencies, reduce cost and complexity in Manufacturing
- Evaluate and Leverage latest technologies in the area of Social Media, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud Computing, IOT, IIOT and Robotics Map the relevance of the same for our business and industry.
- Implementation of digital initiatives and usage with a view to optimize Costs and delivering max. benefits to the business
- Build an ecosystem of start-ups, leaders and business experts to ensure seeding of Digital initiatives across the organization
- Create a pipeline of talent on each of the digital technologies within the organization as well as partners to ensure quick delivery and implementation
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT & digital industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies
- Conduct proof-of-concept tests and commercially evaluate options and recommend best solutions that fits application and business landscape / Architecture
- Regularly attend external seminars and conferences on latest technologies and disseminate such knowledge among the team
Must have skills:
- Must have IT Design & technology experience Paints or Chemicals industry.
- Knowledge of digital tools like SPSS, SAAS, Tableau and SAP, etc. implementation in large set up preferred.
Other details:
- Required Education Level: Post Graduate, Masters in Computers Applications, B. Tech Software Engineering
- Industry exposure required: Paints & Chemicals, FMCG.
