Job Description
Senior Manager-Oracle
This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division. You will be responsible for supporting corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT. You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external partners to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive). You will have tremendous opportunities learn in one of the biggest Compute group in the industry.
Responsibilities
To ensure delivery of the project as per client specification, project plan
Co-ordination with client for project delivery and reporting.
To ensure adherence to software development processes by the project team.
To review reports/artifacts.
Should have relevant years of development expertise.
Should be highly self-driven.
Should have willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Should have strong communication skills
Should have excellent customer handling skills.
Should have good understanding of Business, IT and Technical Environment and interdependencies.
Good knowledge of Oracle Apps standards, Table structure, Architecture, and databases
Database Structure Design: - Design for Tables, Views, Sequences, Synonyms, database triggers etc.
Application Development: - Development of reports, Creation of SQL Packages, functions, and procedures
Integrations and interfacing: - Integration of other applications with Oracle
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualification
BE/MCA/BCA in Technology
Graduate in Technology (any stream)
Language Required:
Oracle PL SQL
Performance Tuning
Partitioning
Tools:
Toad
SQL Developer
Experience in data migration will be added advantage.
Preferred qualifications
B.Tech/BE/MCA in Computer Science, computer applications, Information Systems, or equivalent.
