Shift Timings : US Shift
Locations : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, kerala, kochi, kolkata, trivandrum, noida & Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
Perform the relevant program/project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Define and/or execute RAID processes; Track and highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings; Create risk dashboards
Perform change management through the lifecycle of the project/ program.
Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders
Support analysis of the data & metrics from programs/projects and generate reports
Track and Report benefit realization Planned Vs Actual during the course of the project and after closing the project
Interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Develop and deliver proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, key stakeholders
Work within defined governance processes
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for reporting team staff when applicable
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and practice team
Core skills:
Bachelor or masters degree with over 12 -15 years of experience in project management within professional services
Must have experience delivering transformation projects involving multi-vendor, complex platforms
Ability to comprehend business needs, technology requirements, dependencies and associated risks which will translate into establishing the delivery approach
Excellent Communication skills / Stakeholder management
Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical
Ability to establish good governance, assurance and reporting to ensure successful delivery of complex projects
Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of MS Project (Project Server is a bonus)
One or more of Industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, CSM or PMI-ACP
Must have experience with mentoring and coaching people, a positive attitude towards facilitating career growth for junior staff
Good to have skills
Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity/ HP PPM / Jira / MS Teams is an added advantage
Experience with data visualization tools / ALM tools
Knowledge of multiple Agile delivery methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, Nexus etc
