Lab Technician Jobs In Mumbai (Freshers) @ Alpha Tech Solutions

Primary Responsibilities
Set up and run routine and non-routine laboratory-scale reactions and other bench tests for purposes of product development, process development, process diagnostics, raw material testing, and/or process troubleshooting.
Interpret and report analytical and experimental results
Maintain laboratory equipment and work area to provide a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Accurately collect, organize, and document data in lab notebooks, databases, and reports.
Undertake projects to improve laboratory equipment and performance.
Participate in LAB and Elmira plant-based process improvement projects, collaborating with various staff in Elmira and other LANXESS locations
Participate in the facilitys Safety Program, including Work Area Checklist, PAUSE cards, Near-Miss reporting and investigations, housekeeping inspections, and safety audits.
Perform tasks as department representative for permits, etc. in laboratories.
