Job Summary
Skills Required:
In-depth understanding of Latest Technologies including Full Stack Technologies, Cloud Technologies, AI/Data Analytics, Big Data Analytics and Tools, Network Security, etc.
Full cycle technical recruiting: Conduct intake meetings with our Account managers, evaluate talent, coordinate interviews, extend offers and ensure timely completion of background check/drug screening.
Develop a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics.
Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
