We are currently seeking a SAP PP/PM Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Purchasing(PUR)/Material Management(MM) & Plant Maintenance(PM) - SAP Analyst
Location - Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Primary skills
In this role you will be primarily responsible for:

• Working with other project team members to assure all Purchasing aspects of the plant maintenance solution are optimized.
• Assure parts and materials needed for plant maintenance activities have proper integration into the clients Purchasing solution.

Executing below job duties:

• Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• Conduct and participate in workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.
• Detect operational dependencies, demands, and issues among client processes, systems, and data.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out SAP based solutions for the purchasing aspects of Plant Maintenance..
• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
• Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
• Very Clear Communications about solution components with plant/warehouse end users.

Key Requirements for this role include:

• Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Business processes and Configuration in regards to SAP Purchasing and components related to purchasing parts and materials needed in the SAP Plant Maintenance processes.

Experience in Master Data and transactional data used in the purchase of plant maintenance parts and material, such as:

• • Setting up in Direct Purchasing
  • Setting up in Spare part Purchasing
  • Triggering PR from Plant Maintenance orders
  • Good Receipts
• Preferred experience with Plant Maintenance module and associated integration aspects of MM/PM, such as:

MRP Process
Reservations and Goods Issue for Maintenance Order
SAP cross functional integration experience among with Materials Management, Quality Management, and Product Planning.
Ability to work closely with other project team members on data conversion requirements, including identification of data conversion requirements

• RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) experience.
• Nice to have knowledge in SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and preventive Maintenance-,Calibration process, Refurbishment Process.

Preferences:

• • Team management and project management skills as an asset
  • Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture of SAP ECC . Nice to have S/4 Hana experience .
  • Solid analytical / problem solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
  • Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
