We are currently seeking a Benefits Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Position's General Duties and Tasks
In these roles you will be responsible for:

1. Engaging with employees and be responsible to respond to all benefit / Statutory queries, location specific support for the complete function.
2. Complete statutory function and compliance execution
3. Extension of support in any new assignments - engagement in surveys
4. Assistance in all Benefit and Statutory area in specific - Customer support tickets - cycle time Query Management / Closure of legacy issues
5. Adequate environmental assessment
6. Maintain dashboard of the activities handled and help analyze the spend the details
7. To deliver benefit solutions based on principles, in line with local laws
8. Assistance in Wellness program & timely updation of documents, maintaining trackers/MIS, addition/deletions

Requirements for this role include:

• 3+ years of experience in HR/benefits/comp - to have managed more than 1 resource
• To have basic knowledge of computation, trends, analysing ability
• Strong statutory and compliance background as this will contain 50% of the job time
• 100% compliance 0% Slippage in Query Handling, SLA based response time
• Focus on enhanced employee experience through positive feedback
• Qualitative and Quantitative Feedback from employees To have a balanced scorecard on operational activities
• Improved, fair and standardized experience to all employees Attain employee satisfaction and a culture of wellness
• Knowledge gathered on all areas of benefits Increased awareness, participation & positive feedback
• Analytics indicating financial quotient of the function
• Project closures and successful implementations through convincing presentations to employee groups and Senior Management
• Analytical inclination to be able to quantify actions.

Preferences: -

• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
• Arts/Commerce/Science graduate with English as a compulsory subject
• Should have very good knowledge on excel and powerpoint.
