We are currently seeking a Coolgen Designer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Primary Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Analyzes, defines, and documents systems scope, objectives, and overall design.
• Drives innovation by managing new initiatives and technology recommendations with a primary focus of driving software solutions.
• Prepares detailed systems and program specifications
• Performs design reviews across the organization
• Prepares project proposals and develops project plans
• Consults and advises on multiple technical solution to business problems
• Ensures products and services are aligned with current and future needs and expectations.
• Simplify and streamline the existing complex system
• Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements
• Expert in one or more technical areas and guides others
• Be cognizant of how Bookkeeping applications interact with other applications and impact of changes in Bookkeeping applications.
• Act as the technical SME for Bookkeeping applications within defined service area.
• Oversee and manage operational and technical risk for the Bookkeeping applications and services within their domain during application design and development phase. Provide early warning to appropriate business and planning leaders/team w.r.t to risk to applications, projects and services
• Act as reviewer and approving authority for changes to Bookkeeping applications.
• Support the Project/Service Manager as the technical conduit between on and offshore technical resources.
• Ensure business and operational viability of service levels from a technical perspective
• Remain informed on industry security trends and issues, including emerging technologies
• Manage day-to day relationships with all NTT Data teams to ensure the delivery of project and services meet or exceed the Client's expectations
• Ensure Client related client and corporate technical standards & policies are developed where necessary and enforced
• Support and ensure adherence to Client's standards and processes (i.e. Category Governance, SM&G, Architecture, etc.), and provide input for improvements to the appropriate process owners as needed
• Constantly monitor and improve technical team efficiency, effectiveness and impact
• Lead and enable enterprise-wide thinking in the team

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Domain Skill: Banking Domain Knowledge, Retail Banking, Core Banking

• Technical Skill: Coolgen technologies, Bookkeeping Applications, Payment

• Coolgen
• Test Management tools like ALM & JIRA
• Basic Qualifications:
• Education qualifications: 4 year college degree in Engineering discipline
• 8+ year experience in IT industry in software development area
