This is a hands-on role, the primary responsibility includes insight generation, providing recommendations & decisions for product improvement, driving critical metric measurement, and executive reporting of KPIs across Document Cloud products. The person will partner closely with product and marketing teams to innovate and drive well-rounded DC business and product strategy.Responsibilities :
  • Develop customer insights and analysis by identifying and providing data insights.
  • Executive reporting and analysis of historical data, ensure accuracy and distribution.
  • Drive exploratory data analysis that marries qualitative assessment/research with quantitative supporting findings to drive business and product decisions.
  • Partner with product management/engineering/marketing to set KPIs, build & support dashboards/reports that measure these KPIs to drive & support strategic decisions.
  • Communicate/present concise and concrete reports to all collaborators of product management and partners.
  • Design and automate reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage & User journey in Document Cloud.
  • Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed.
  • Use multiple data sources to provide a view of the customer journey across products.
  • Find innovative ways to search for relevant patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large data volumes that lead to business improvement.
Skills:
5 to 10 years of proven experience in product/marketing analytics and driving concrete insights
Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with sophisticated query writing SQL on large data sets
Expertise in Hadoop/ Big data environments to synthe and analyze data
Expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, Excel Pivots / Adobe Analytics
Proven understanding of data warehousing infra like Hive / Presto
Basic understanding of scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Can clearly, concisely, optimally across multiple levels within the organization, ability to transform data into clear presentations for senior leaders
Good understanding of A/B testing
