Asst Manager / Manager / Sr Manager /Director IT Operations/ Service Delivery,

Location: Pan India

Technology

• Responsible for managing Technology service delivery, desktop and application support as per existing clients requirements and support future clients/new processes.

• IT SPOC for clients and Business
• Monthly process uptime reports & matrix
• Infrastructure uptime & availability.
• Monthly SLA measurement and reports.
• Fortnightly review meetings with Process head to analyze there problems
• Implementation & periodic review of IT Policies.
• IT audits exposure, Data collection / reporting capabilities, strong Documentation skills etc.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems and lead the team to achieve SLA.
• To evaluate & try various software beneficial for Business.
• Provide prompt Support to resolve operational issues related to Data transaction processing systems and services.

Other tasks:

• Ensures adherence to norms specified by ISO 27000
• ITIL Certification
