Process Developer, Learning & Development
As a part of the Training Team of Genpact, you ll be responsible to support the Learning Advisor for the capability build initiatives for the Enterprise Service Lines.
Responsibilities
Works with professionals and subject matter guides across the organization in crafting, developing and delivering engaging training and development programs to different populations
Regularly undertakes evaluation tools, surveys and audits to improve the programs of learning, recommending improvements to courses and /or changes to the curriculum as appropriate
Support in the marketing and promotion of all training, Learning and Development activities to employees through the development of positive relationships with leaders, service leads and other key partners
Creating and auditing quarterly Standard Operating Procedures
Support in embedding a culture of continuous learning through the implementation, delivery and promotion of a curriculum of learning, development and training that provides opportunity for learning and advancement for all employees in the organization, acknowledging the diversity of the workforce
