We have some urgent requirements with some of our Banking Clients

Leadership Position / Team Leader

Minimum 8 -10 Yrs of experience in credit management including overseeing sales, customer acquisition and credit appraisal, Heading a team etc. in BFSI.

Location- Across Tamilnadu / AP / Telangana / Karnataka.

Job Summary:

Source new clients through generating leads by identifying potential industrial areas/trading units & prepare strategies to increase the Banks penetration in those areas.

• Manage Commercial Business and achieve the given target in terms of Business Volume, Interest / Non[1]Interest Income, etc.,
• Develop, execute & manage commercial strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account the market opportunity / growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite Front-end credit terms negotiations.
• Oversee due diligence and personally supervising the big ticket accounts.
• Getting maximum out of RMs and Processing Officers by identifying their inner potential

. Focus on deeper market penetration in the given geography and deepening as well as maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts.

• Enhance revenue streams through existing products as well as new products while maintaining the quality of the portfolio.
• Manage different products as per the customers requirement and maintaining high customer service standard and service delivery.
