Job Description :-Job title:-Technical Support engineer

Requirements:- candidate should be ready for business trip, laptop is mandatory. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to SI via remote, telephonic regarding Product (CCTV and access control, VDP, Time attendance, Network Video decoder, video wall, DSS server etc.) and technical issue.
• Onsite support for customer resolves the product and technical issue during project delivery.
• Collect information and feedback on product quality issue / technical issue communicate with R&D team of HQ in a timely manner, Promote product quality.
• Responsible for the installer training program. Presentation and hands-on training security products and solution to S.I, installers and distributors.
• Collaborate with team member to share ideas and information
• Carry out other duties assigned by the line manager
• Build Good relationship with customer
  

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor graduate with technical education background (Priority ECE, EEE)
• 3-year experience in the technical support position
• Have deep knowledge in CE/IT/CCTV/Technology products
• Candidate will be highly experienced in providing excellent customer service and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issue in Electronic Security Systems like CCTV, Access Control, Video door phone, network video decoder, video wall DSS server, Network switch etc
• Good Technical and Communication skill
