4.Handling Payroll and Salary Process

5.End to end recruitment

6.Past ER/IR issues handled will aid in the role

7.Conduct the exit interview

8.Manage HRMS Industry: SCM / Logistics / Manufacturing

Min 3 years exp in HRBP
