Job Description
- Job Responsibilities :-
- Highly Motivated Designer with a flair and understanding of leading edge visualization skills.
- Develop dynamic dashboards/ reports that provide insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance, Identify opportunities for new and existing business.
- Collects and documents reporting / Dashboard requirements from requestors to ensure appropriate creation of reports and analyses. Uses peer-to-peer review process and end-user consultation to reduce report writing errors and rework
- Build and Design QBR & MBR decks.
- Manage a team of designers/visualisers to deliver solutions for clients and senior management
- Work within deadlines to create top notch dashboards/presentations while following the clients design guidelines.
- Translate information into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics.
- Incorporate smart visual solutions that make a difference at high-stakes meetings that affect major business decisions.
- Responsible to develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent look and feel for the department.
- Provide training for the tools so the clients can learn how to communicate ideas and concepts in a way that is more accurate, accessible, and appealing
- Create insightful charts and diagrams within the dashboards/presentations to visually represent the research data statistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- A strong desire to learn new skills, software and capabilities
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front
Additional Skills :-
- Must be experienced enough to manage multiple projects while taking the ownership of the Design work. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines.
- Has a great eye for detail when it comes to layouting, typography, iconography and colour theory.
- Experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization).
- Is a master in setting up the Visual hierarchy of the pages using various Design principles.
- Is an expert in Information Design and Data Visualization.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to translate unpolished content into a visually pleasing and insightful solution.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- A problem solver who identifies the problem instantly and acts upon it.
- Attitude to follow-up on developmental feedbacks and ensure user satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and interact with multiple stakeholders efficiently
