We are hiring for Practice Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and implement Service Delivery improvement plans, focused on improving the quality of the Services.

Provide technical ServiceNow leadership either based on own technical ServiceNow experience or by

leveraging the Architects in the team.

Key Performance Indicators

This success the person has in this role, will be measured by the contribution to the following Key Performance

Indicators:

  1. Revenue Realization reaching monthly targets on customer revenue realization, assuring a maximum

possible amount that can be invoiced to our customers in each period

  1. Productivity reaching the desired billable occupancy levels, by managing with the global resource

manager the resource assignments and take actions as needed to assure revenue generation targets

are met

  1. Customer Satisfaction reaching desired customer satisfaction levels, by understanding customer

needs, translate these into specific actions or personalization of the Services provided and defining and

implementing general Service improvements plans

  1. Employee Satisfaction reaching desired employee satisfaction levels, by assuring to provide a safe

and attractive work environment, opportunities for personal growth, award desired behavior and build

team coherence.

Experience/Qualifications

Mid to senior level experience in leading software development teams (at least 5 years of experience in

such a role), with extensive experience in handling all people management aspects and proven

experience and ability to inspire a team to get the best results, improve itself and achieve more each

day

Understands and has own experience in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle process

Understands how to balance the different objectives and KPIs, to reach an optimal mix between them

and have overall success.

Sensitive communicator, able to build bridges and define and effectively negotiate and implement

solutions options that are best for all parties concerned

Ability to build and implement a performance-based culture, where high performers are rewarded, and

low performers are either assisted to improve their results or are asked to find opportunities elsewhere

Has extensive experience in a customer facing role, identifying opportunities for improvement in

Service delivery, and able to build relationships with customers and act a trusted advisor to senior level

management

Ideally, has experience in ServiceNow Delivery services / implementations
