Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Project and Engineering
Responsibilities
The DLO- Lease is a representative of the Site Logistics Manager at the site and an interface between the manager and all aspects of his functioning at Site for Car and House lease cases
Work along with leasing partner (vendor) and their team/staff at all times and monitor the lease requests progress and related status
Track the lease cases on a tracker and update SLM in case of delays /clarifications
Interact with and answer queries and requests from employees in understandable language and a polite manner
Assist the SLM in RTO-related regulations and guidelines for vehicle ownership transfer, Re-issuance of RC, and related cases
Prepare reports, update, and collate relevant data and inputs as would be required from time to time by the SLM related to leasing cases
Connect with employees and leaders on the premises and provide solutions within the acceptable time during shifts when the SLM is not available
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Graduate (Awaiting results can be considered)
Relevant experience in field related to infra and logistics management in the Corporate/Government environment
Some analytical and problem-solving skills along with Data handling
Preferred Qualification
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Team worker and adaptive to changes
Reasonable expertise in MS OFFICE and MIS preparation PowerPoint and MS excel
Preferably should have some knowledge and experience in dealing with the Government dept (RTO) and civic authorities and related procedures and guidelines
Be ready to operate in a 24h work cycle on a need basis
