Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Business Analyst
Responsibilities
We are seeking an SME with experience in Business Analysis & ITIL Process Managements
More specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Good Hands on experience in Data Analyzing and coming up with Process Improvements (Business Analysis)
Experience on ITIL Processes is key as it will help coming up best practices
Able to take requirements and build solutions
Do process engineering / improvements Continuous Improvements
Good at working with people, understand their issues and come up with solutions on the same
Working knowledge on Service Now, ability to build reports in SNOW is a Plus.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors Degree required
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
