Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst Third Party Risk Management
Responsibilities:
Carrying out screening - bulk alert clearance, public media searches, true hit reporting and reporting tracker maintenance
Conduct open internet searches, strings and keyword searches
Conduct Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) questionnaire review of third parties review of code of conduct policy, ethics / ABAC policy
Conduct transaction monitoring of payments from ABAC perspective
Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to assess acknowledgement of supplier code of conduct, performance of the supplier assessments, external risk assessment, etc.
Adherence client specific turn-around time and assist in the delivery of output in utmost quality, according to defined scope within the defined timelines
Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly progress reports with relevant stakeholders.
Working closely with the primary manager in support of its responsibilities outlined above
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors / Graduation / Equivalent
Preferred qualification or Skills & Experience
Experience in Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) and/or Third Party Risk Management (must have)
Basic understanding of Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption regulations (must have)
Understanding about any one of the following screening databases like Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones, World Check, Factiva, etc. (must have)
Experience with elimination of bulk alerts, true hit red flags identification is required
Experience in screening of entities, individuals, directors, shareholders, UBOs is required
Distinguished understanding of screening companies and individuals is required
Experience in conducting public searches, keywords and strings searches
Experience in AML Transactions monitoring is good to have
Awareness of the role and responsibilities of Compliance / Procurement Function
General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating framework and implications of such risks
Should be a good team player, ready to accommodate to customer timelines and deliverables
Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
Proven experience and track record of solving problems
Strong attention to detail
Able to prioritize effectively in order to meet tight deadlines and escalate any issues quickly
